Job Summary

The Restaurant-Level FP&A Finance Manager is responsible for leading a team of analysts who provide finance and decision support for First Watch’s portfolio of over 400 restaurants. This includes developing plans and forecasts, providing routine performance reporting, and creating ad hoc analyses.

This role requires a self-starter with excellent business modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to challenge conventional thinking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is able to work seamlessly across multiple functions, including marketing, culinary, supply chain, and operations, to evaluate and influence decisions/programs that affect operations in our restaurants, drive demand, and manage costs.

Across all disciplines, the Restaurant-Level FP&A Manager demonstrates a keen attention to detail and focus on time management.

• Leads and develops team of Finance professionals
• Manages short term forecasting and annual long term planning process; building and maintaining complex financial models focused on Restaurant-Level P&L performance for a growing organization
• Articulates business performance through data-driven insights and effective bridging/storytelling
• Develops ad hoc analyses and delivers presentations with a key focus on storytelling that will inform and influence financial and strategic decisions
• Collaborates with various internal partners to evaluate business initiatives and optimize results
