Job Description

Assist First Watch Construction Project Managers in all facets of the Design and Construction phases of the development process. Duties include:
•Coordinating with General Contractors on project progress and schedule
•Continuously monitoring and updating project budgets
•Maintaining project management tools and file structure
•Providing ad-hoc reporting as requested by Construction Project Managers


Requirements:
Current enrollment in Construction Management degree program. Must be in good academic standing and must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Must have a process-oriented style. Strong interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills are required. A high level of independent thinking is required. A solid level of competency in computer skills (Word, Excel, etc) is required. Residence near home office in Sarasota is required. Restaurant experience is a plus.

Hourly Pay Range:\t\t\t$12.00/hr
Hours per Week:\t\t\t15 – 25 Hours per Week
